Preparation Time: 10 minutes
2 large ripe avocados, pitted and scooped from skin
2 Tbs onion, minced
1 Tbs cilantro, chopped
1/3 cup Mezzetta Deli-Sliced Tamed Jalapeno Peppers, diced
Squeeze of fresh lime juice, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Mash the avocado in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix in the onions, cilantro, jalapeno peppers, salt & pepper and fresh lime juice.
3. Serve with chips!
