Apricot Sticky Ribs

Delectable baby back ribs baked with a coating of apricot, ginger and garlic.
Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
1/3 cup Smucker's® Simply Fruit® Apricot Spreadable Fruit
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1 tsp fresh grated gingerroot
1 Tbs fresh minced garlic
2 racks (about 5 lbs.) baby back ribs
1. ADJUST oven rack to middle position. Heat oven to 375°F. Cover a 12 x 18 x 1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with no-stick cooking spray.
2. MIX apricot spread, white vinegar, hoisin sauce, gingerroot and garlic in small bowl until well combined.
3. CUT rib racks into individual ribs. Season with salt and pepper; place meaty side down on prepared baking pan.
4. BAKE 15 minutes. Turn ribs; brush with apricot glaze. Bake 15 minutes. Repeat, turning ribs and brushing with glaze. Bake additional 10 minutes or until ribs are cooked through and begin to brown.
