Asian Garden Veggie Patties made with Veggie Medley Burger

4 Burgers Veggie Medley Burger made with Organic Soy
3/4 cup sweet and sour sauce
1/2 medium green or red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 cups hot cooked brown rice
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple slices, drained
1. Cook burgers according to package directions. In small saucepan combine sweet and sour sauce, pepper and mustard. Cook and stir until heated through.
2. In small bowl stir together rice and parsley. Spoon onto 4 serving plates. Top with burgers, pineapple and sauce mixture.
