OLD BAY Fried Chicken

OLD BAY Seasoning is the secret ingredient to this fabulous fried chicken that is sure to become a family favorite.

Ingredients

1 egg

2 Tbs water

1 cup flour

1/4 cup OLD BAY Seasoning

3 chicken parts

2 cups vegetable oil

Directions

Mix flour and Old Bay in plastic bag. Dip chicken in egg mixture; shake in flour mixture (a few pieces at a time). Discard any remaining flour mixture.

Fry chicken about 15 minutes per side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. If desired, sprinkle chicken with additional Old Bay.
