Preparation Time: 15 minutes
1 pkg (16 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 1/2 cups shredded, sharp Cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cups Kellogg's® Stuffing Mix
2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 Tbs margarine or butter, melted
1. Place broccoli in bottom of shallow 2 1/2-quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Layer cheese and 2 cups of KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix over broccoli. Set aside.
2. Combine soup, milk and pepper. Pour over broccoli mixture. Set aside.
3. Stir together margarine and remaining 1/2 cup KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix. Place on top of casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.
4. Bake at 350° F about 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.
