Peachy Cream Pie

We added a little almond extract to make the peach slices and ice cream taste even more opulent in this peaches-and-cream pie.


  1 can (15 oz.) sliced peaches

  1 package (4-serving size) peach flavor gelatin

  1/4 tsp almond extract

  1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened

  1 Ready-Crust Pie Crust Keebler® Ready Crust® Chocolate

1. Drain peaches, reserving liquid. Add enough water to reserved liquid to measure 1 cup. Chop peach slices.

2. In small saucepan bring liquid to boiling. Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Stir in almond extract.

3. In medium bowl gradually stir gelatin mixture into ice cream. If necessary, refrigerate until mixture mounds when spooned. Fold in peaches. Spoon into crust.

4. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
