Crispy Baked Chicken Breasts

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Makes 8 servings.

Deliciously crisp oven-fried chicken less messy than traditional pan-fried chicken.


  1 package McCormick® Season 'n Fry Seasoned Coating Mix

  1/3 cup cornmeal

  1/2 tsp McCormick® Paprika

  8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2 1/2 to 3 pounds)

  1/4 cup milk or water

  1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted

Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix Seasoning Mix, cornmeal and paprika in large resealable plastic bag. Dip chicken into milk, shaking off excess liquid. Add a few pieces at a time to mix in bag; shake to coat evenly.

Place chicken in single layer in greased foil-lined shallow baking pan. (Do not crowd.) Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
