  1 packet Strawberry Sensation Flavor CARNATION® INSTANT BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™ Complete Nutritional Drink

  1/2-1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries and/or blueberries)

  1/2 cup ice cubes
