Almond Breeze Mashed Potatoes

Prep Time: 12 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  8 Potatoes

  1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  1/3 cup Unsweetened Original Almond Breeze Almondmilk

  2 cloves minced garlic

  Salt and pepper, to taste

  1 Tbs butter

Directions

Peel potatoes, and boil until fork tender.

Mash potatoes with Greek yogurt, Unsweetened Original Almond Breeze Almondmilk, garlic, salt, pepper and butter.
