Bacon Garden Salad

Microwave Time: 10 minutes

Servings: 4

A zesty garden salad topped with bacon pieces and Italian salad dressing.


  6 cups coarsely chopped romaine

  4 hard-cooked large eggs, cooled, peeled and cut into quarters

  3 vine-ripened tomatoes, cut into quarters

  1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion

  1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced

  1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

  1/2 cup HORMEL® Real Bacon Pieces

In large bowl, gently toss together lettuce, eggs, tomatoes, onion, cucumber and dressing.

Sprinkle salad with bacon.
