Apple Melange Salad

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  1/4 cup margarine or butter

  1 1/2 cups Kellogg's® Stuffing Mix

  2 cans (7 oz. each) solid pack, white tuna, drained and flaked

  1 medium avocado, peeled, cut into thin strips

  1 cup cubed, sharp Cheddar cheese

  2 cups cubed, unpeeled red apples

  1 cup seedless green grapes

  3/4 cup creamy cucumber dressing

  6 lettuce cups

Directions

1. Melt margarine in medium fry pan, over low heat. Add KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix, stirring until well coated. Cook, stirring constantly, until stuffing mix is crisped and golden. Remove from heat. Set aside.

2. In large mixing bowl, lightly combine tuna, avocado, cheese, apples, grapes, dressing and 1 cup of the stuffing mix. Portion evenly into lettuce cups. Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over top. Serve immediately.
