Black Bean & Roasted Red Pepper Salsa

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Freeze Time: 25 minutes

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  1 1/2 jars Mezzetta Roasted Red Bell Peppers, drained and roughly chopped

  1 can black beans, drained

  1/2 cup minced red onion

  3 Tbs fresh lime juice

  1/4 cup Mezzetta Italian Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

  1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  2 Tbs minced green onions (including tops)

  1 Tbs Mezzetta Gourmet Deli Diced Tamed Jalapeño Peppers

  1 Tbs crushed garlic

  1 Tbs salt

Directions

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss. Refrigerate for 25 minutes and serve.
