Black Bean and Mango Salsa

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Refrigeration Time: 30 minutes

Servings: Makes about 5 cups.

Ingredients

  1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing Mix

  16 oz black beans, rinsed, drained (1 can)

  10 oz frozen corn, thawed (1 package)

  1 cup chopped ripe mango

  1/2 cup chopped red pepper

  1/3 cup chopped cilantro

  1/3 cup chopped red onion

  1/4 cup lime juice

Select All

Add Items to List

Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate.

Serve with grilled chicken or tortilla chips.

Note: For a simple salad, add 1-1/2 cups cooked MINUTE Instant Brown Rice.
