Easter JIGGLERS® Baskets

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Refrigeration Time: 3 hours

Servings: 12

Ingredients

  2-1/2 cups boiling water or boiling apple juice (Do not add cold water.)

  14 oz JELL-O Brand Gelatin, any flavor* (2 packages 8 ounces each)

  BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, tinted green

  String licorice

  Decorating icings and gels

  Assorted Easter candies

  *Or substitute 4 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Gelatin Dessert for 2 pkg. (8-serving size).

Directions

Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 3 minutes until completely dissolved. Pour gelatin into muffin pan which has been sprayed with no stick cooking spray, dividing gelatin evenly among cups.

Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until firm. Dip bottom of pans in warm water about 15 seconds. Lift JIGGLERS® from pans, placing each in a bowl which has been sprinkled with tinted coconut. Make a handle for each basket by inserting string licorice into gelatin. Decorate baskets with icings and gels. Place candies around baskets.
