Sparkling Champagne Punch

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 10

Ingredients

  2 cups boiling water

  1 pkg (8-serving size) JELL-O Brand Sparkling White Grape Flavor Gelatin*

  2 cups cold orange juice

  3 cups cold ginger ale

  1 bottle (750 ml) cold champagne

  Ice cubes

Directions

Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold orange juice. Cool to room temperature.

Just before serving, pour into punch bowl. Add cold ginger ale, cold champagne and ice cubes.
