Broccoli Cheese and Rice Soup

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  2 cups Minute® White or Brown Rice

  1 pkg 10 oz frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

  1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup

  3 cups 2% milk

  1 lb 2% processed cheese, cubed

Prepare rice per package directions

In a medium saucepan, combine broccoli, soup and milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Add cheese and stir until melted. Remove from heat and stir in rice.
