Chilled Buttermilk and Shrimp Soup

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  1 quart buttermilk

  1 Tbs prepared brown mustard

  1 tsp salt

  1 tsp sugar

  1/2 pound cooked shrimp, chopped

  1 cucumber, chopped

  2 Tbs green onions, chopped

Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, prepared brown mustard, salt and sugar

Add chopped shrimp, chopped cucumber, and chopped onions

Stir until well combined

Chill the soup, covered for 3 hours, or until very cold

Makes 6 Servings
