VELVEETA® Salsa Mac 'N Cheese

Ingredients

  1 lb. ground beef or 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen LOUIS RICH Ground Turkey, thawed

  1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick ''N Chunky Salsa

  1-3/4 cups water

  1 pkg. (7 oz.) elbow macaroni , uncooked

  3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product , cut up

Directions

Brown meat in large nonstick skillet; drain.

Stir in salsa and water. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni.

Reduce heat to medium-low; cover with tight fitting lid.

Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.

Add VELVEETA; stir until melted.
