Balsamic Herb Grilled Lamb Chops

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Makes 5 servings.

These succulent lamb chops will turn an everyday cookout into fine outdoor dining. The cook time will vary depending upon thickness, but we recommend grilling until just about medium-rare

Ingredients

  1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Garlic Herb & Wine Marinade

  1/4 cup olive oil

  2 Tbs balsamic vinegar

  2 Tbs water

  1 tsp McCormick® Rosemary Leaves

  1 tsp Dijon mustard

  2 lbs bone-in lamb loin or blade chops, trimmed

Directions

Mix Marinade Mix, oil, vinegar, water, rosemary and mustard in small bowl. Place lamb chops in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.

Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove lamb chops from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.

Grill over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
