Wine Herb and Lemon Seafood Rub for Salmon

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Makes 4 servings.

Add a touch of white wine and olive oil to McCormick® Seafood Rub and you have a rub with a distinctive flavor blend for salmon. Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute swordfish or mahi mahi for the salmon.


  1 lb salmon fillets

  4 tsp McCormick® Herb with Lemon Seafood Rub

  1 Tbs olive oil

  1 Tbs white wine

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place salmon, skin-side down, on baking sheet sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

Mix Seafood Rub, oil and wine in small bowl. Spread evenly over top of salmon.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
