Baked Lemon Herb Salmon

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Makes 4 servings.

Use your family's favorite type of fish for this versatile recipe -- from tilapia to flounder or halibut. Bake 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Ingredients

  1 lb salmon fillets

  2 tsp oil

  2 - 3 tsp McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Lemon Herb Seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly brush salmon with oil. Sprinkle both sides with Seasoning. Place salmon on baking pan.

Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve salmon on a bed of sauteed spinach, if desired
