Better Buffalo Chicken Grilled Sandwich

  1 cup Better Buffalo Chicken Dip

  White pullman loaf or sourdough bread, sliced 1/2-inch thick

  Salted butter at room temperature

1. Lay 2 slices of bread on a cutting board and lightly spread each with butter. Flip the slices and spread each generously with the Better Buffalo Chicken Dip.

2. Heat an electric panini press. When the press is hot, cook the sandwich for 3 to 5 minutes until the bread is toasted and the dip is melted. Allow to cool for 2 minutes. Cut in half and serve warm.
