Hatch Chile Panini

Ingredients

  8 oz Dietz & Watson Hatch Chile Turkey

  3 oz Dietz & Watson Hatch Chile Cheese

  1/2 cup spinach (wilted)

  1/4 cup red onions (julienned)

  2 slices white bread

  2 shishito peppers

Directions

1. Layer your ingredients as follows: bread, spinach, Dietz & Watson Hatch Chile Cheese, Dietz & Watson Hatch Turkey, red onions, bread.

2. Place the panini on a panini press for 5 mins.

3. Place the shishito peppers on grill for 2 mins.

4. Plate the panini with the peppers.
