1-2-3 Vegetable Chili

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes, undrained

  1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

  1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed, drained

  1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn

  1 cup halved zucchini slices

  1 tsp chili powder

  1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar Cheese

Directions

1. Bring tomatoes, salsa, beans, corn, zucchini and chili powder to boil in saucepan on medium-high heat.

2. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes.

3. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese in bottom of each serving bowl.

4. Top with chili and additional 2 tablespoons cheese.

5. Garnish with hot red pepper slices.
