Kellogg's Vegan Pasta Primavera

Servings: 12

Ingredients

  36 oz Pasta of Choice

  12 each Burgers Morningstar Farms® Grillers® Vegan

  1/2 lbs Soy Cheese

  4 cups Soy Milk

  1 cup Sugar Snap Peas

  1 pint Grape Tomatoes

  2 each Zuchini

  2 each Yellow Squash

  2 each Carrots

  1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves

  Salt to Taste

  Freshly Ground Pepper to Taste

Directions

1. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil and cook pasta according to instructions. Drain pasta and return to the saucepan.

2. In a pan saute the vegan burger strips until slightly brown.

3. In a saucepan bring soymilk to a boil. Add soy cheese until fully combined. Add pasta, vegetables, and burger strips. Remove from heat, toss, and sprinkle with fresh basil prior to serving. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
