Grilled Sweet and Smoky Baby Back Ribs

Cook Time: 1 hour

Makes 6 servings.

Grill Mates® Sweet & Smoky Rub, a spicy blend of chipotle peppers, cinnamon, garlic and onion gives baby back ribs finger licking good flavor. Note: Use 2 tablespoons Sweet & Smoky Rub per pound of ribs.

  3 - 4 lbs pork baby back ribs

  6 - 8 Tbs McCormick® Grill Mates® Sweet & Smoky Rub

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place ribs on foil-lined baking pan. Rub Sweet & Smoky Rub evenly over both sides of ribs. Cover with foil.

Bake 1 hour or until meat starts to pull away from bones. Transfer ribs to grill.

Grill over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until evenly browned. Cut into portions to serve
